Marco started diving in 1986 when he was 15.  In the beginning, he concentrated on activities in underwater photography and movie.  You would find him in either the local diving communities (lake, ice, wreck, and cavern diving), or around the world in the best tropical seas.

He attended his first instructor course in 1996, and from there his training experience grew up sharply over the years.    He had also attended a H.S.A. (Handicapped Scuba Association) instructor course, which proved to be a very important experience that refined his capacity to understand human psychology in diving.  Then in 2000, Marco started to teach technical diving and becoming a CCR diver and trainer in 2004.

In 2008, he became one of the first Hammerhead CCR Instructors in Europe.  In 2010 Marco obtained his Hammerhead Instructor Trainer certification (qualification).
